How to edit a PDF
- Press Choose PDF files or drop one or more PDFs onto the editor.
- Use the buttons under each page to move, rotate, add text or delete it. On a computer you can also drag pages to reorder them.
- Press Download PDF to save the result, or select pages and press Extract to new PDF to save only those.
What you can do
- Merge PDFs: combine several files into one, in any order.
- Split a PDF: pull out the pages you need into a new file.
- Rotate pages: fix sideways or upside-down scans, one page or many at once.
- Delete and reorder pages: remove blank or unwanted pages and put the rest in order.
- Add text: fill in a name, date or note anywhere on a page.
- Compress: set File size to Smaller or Smallest to shrink the images inside, with text kept sharp.
Private by design
Most online PDF tools upload your document to their servers and limit how many files you can process for free. This editor works differently: the files stay on your device, there are no ads and no daily limits, and you don't need an account.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDF files uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF editor runs entirely in your browser. Your files are opened, edited and saved on your device and are never sent to a server, so it is safe for contracts, bank statements and other private documents.
How do I merge PDF files?
Choose or drop several PDFs at once, or add more with Add PDFs. Their pages appear in one list. Drag them into the order you want, then press Download PDF to save a single merged file.
How do I split a PDF or extract pages?
Select the pages you want to keep by tapping them, then press Extract to new PDF. Only those pages are saved into a new file and the original is not changed.
Can I edit the existing text in a PDF?
Not yet. You can add new text anywhere on a page, such as names, dates or notes, in black, red or blue. Changing text that is already in the file needs a full desktop editor.
Is there a file size or page limit?
There is no set limit and no daily cap. Very large files, with hundreds of pages or big scanned images, depend on your device's memory and may be slow on older phones.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
No. Remove the password with the app that created the file first, then open it here.
