Make a checklist, tick things off, and share it as a copy or as a live list everyone can edit together.
How to use the checklist
- Give your list a title, then type an item and press Enter. Paste several lines to add them all at once.
- Tick items as you finish them. Tap an item's text to edit it, and use the arrows to reorder.
- Tap New checklist to start another list. Each one keeps its own items, and they're all saved in this browser.
- Tap Share to send a copy, or create a live link so family, friends or colleagues can work on the same list.

Copies and live lists
Send a copy when you want to share a template: everyone gets their own version to change as they like. Share live when people are working on the list together. A live list keeps the same link for good, so you can open it again later from your list of opened checklists.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between sending a copy and sharing live?
A copy link contains the list itself. Whoever opens it gets their own copy to save, and nothing they change affects yours. A live link opens one shared list: everyone with the link can tick items, add, edit and delete, and changes appear for everyone within a second or so.
Do I need an account?
No. Your own checklists are saved in this browser. Live checklists use a long random link instead of accounts, so anyone with the link can open and edit that list. Only share it with people you trust.
Where are my checklists stored?
Your own checklists stay in this browser's local storage and never leave your device. A copy link carries the list after the # in the link, which browsers don't send to our server. Live checklists are stored in Google Cloud Firestore so they can sync between devices.
How do I delete a live checklist?
Open it and choose Delete for everyone. This removes the list and its items from our database for everyone who has the link. Removing it from your list of opened checklists only forgets the link on your device.
Can I add many items at once?
Yes. Paste a list with one item per line into the Add an item box and each line becomes its own item. Bullets, numbers and [ ] boxes at the start of lines are removed.
